Steph did an amazing job teaching both Hattie and I over a zoom call for Hatties class 1 course. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow and she was able to pick up what we were doing well and not so well. I was also able to pop into the Erina store, if I wanted to clarify an instruction in the course and Steph was and is always happy to clarify the correct technique to me if I asked. Now waiting to finish the course for our final night as a group. Can't wait for the next level in the dog training course.

Always great specials and awesome customer service. My dog loves going there. Always meeting new friends and old one's. Puppy school completed. Vet on sites as well, comes in handy when you are not quite sure if your pet is alright. Always a pleasant experience.

Lovely helpful staff members. I have been twice recently and they have assisted me when I was struggling to get my items to the car. They let my children use their bathroom when they couldn't wait! They also held my dog whilst I was shopping and suggested items that would be useful for my puppy. Really impressive.

Great shop, with friendly knowledgeable staff that are always very helpful. Adding today, that they are still awesome, friendly, knowledgeable & caring !! Took my new puppy today, we got great advice for a little collar, shampoo ,flea & tick treatment for my little 1.4kg pup & worming advice for my other 2 at home. Can't recommend this place enough !! Thanks Crew x

Great pet shop ❤️ Been coming here for many years for my last beautiful red heeler. We sadly lost her this year at 12yrs. Recently got a blue heeler and have started puppy school with Jess. We are enjoying puppy school so far and Jess has been very helpful. All staff have always been helpful whenever I’ve been there. Good central location too.

I highly recommend this to everyone. Cassie our vet is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for your pets needs. She took her time to explain to us exactly what was going on so we understood. I have never received such service as what I have had in this place. absolutely recommended 🐶 Thanks Cassie💫😊
